Terms and conditions:
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it.
In order for us to accept the return, please make sure that:
- The jewel is as new, with no signs of use or damage.
- You take some pictures of the product before sending it.
- Including all original packaging and labels
Return process:
- Contact us at hello@sunfieldjewels.com
- Follow our instructions: We will give you an authorization number and the steps to follow.
- Send the jewel: Pack it carefully and send it to the address we indicate. Be sure to take some photos of the piece before shipping.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Refunds and exchanges:
We will process your refund by the same method you used to pay, once we receive and review the returned jewelry.
If you prefer to exchange for another product, we recommend that you return the original item and make a new purchase in separate processes.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns of personalized or engraved jewelry as these are not part of our sales catalog.
