In this case it is an elegant design made of 925 sterling silver with antique finish, measuring approximately 4 cm long and composed of a 5 mm faceted rose quartz cabochon, a baguette cut zirconia in smoky quartz, a 3 mm smooth citrine, a brilliant cut peridot green zirconia, and a unique oval cabochon in green opal simile, topped by a triangular zirconia in wine color at the bottom.
