- Our processes are always counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), and start counting from the next working day on which the order has been placed.
- The manufacturing process can take 10 to 20 working days, sometimes less.
- Jewelry marked with “immediate availability” can be shipped within 1-2 business days (link).

- You can always check the status of your order or the estimated delivery time in your user account, or at customer service: hello@sunfieldjewels.com.
- Orders are shipped by courier. You will receive an email once your package is ready to ship, and you will receive it at the delivery address indicated within 1 to 2 working days.
- Shipments are generally made from Monday to Thursday, and are received from Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship on Fridays, nor deliveries on weekends, except in exceptional cases, if it is your case and you wish to receive on weekends please contact us at hello@sunfieldjewels.com.
- Our jewelry is often made especially for you, so when we don’t have stock it is because we believe in sustainability and support this cause by not producing more than the world needs.
